Baby-Back Ribs

Ingredients

Baby-Back Ribs                      –          4 lbs

Kosher Salt                              –          2 tsp

Olive Oil                                   –          2 tbsp

Paprika                                     –          2 tbsp

My Sauce Lab El Fuego         –          200 ml

Steps

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place a baking mat or parchment paper on a baking tray.
  3. Combine salt, paprika and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  4. Rub mixture on both sides of the baby-back ribs and place the ribs on the baking tray.
  5. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the tray from the oven.
  7. Remove the foil and spread the My Sauce Lab El Fuego sauce on top of the ribs.
  8. Put the tray back in the oven increase the temperature to 450 F.
  9. Bake for 10 min and rest for 10 min.
  10. Serve with a mix green salad.
