Schezwan Fried Rice

Ingredients

Cooked Rice, Day-Old – 4 cups
Eggs, Beaten – 2
Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Peas, Corn) – 1 cup
Garlic, Minced – 2 cloves
Green Onion, Sliced – 3 stalks
Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
My Sauce Lab Schezwan – 3 tbsp
Vegetable Oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Scramble the eggs, then push to the side of the pan.
  2. Add garlic and mixed vegetables, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the rice, breaking up any clumps, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Add soy sauce and Schezwan sauce, tossing everything to coat evenly.
  5. Top with sliced green onion and serve hot.
