Ingredients

Broccoli, Diced                                     –           1 cup

Mushroom, Sliced                                –          1 cup

Baby Corn, Diced                                 –           1 cup

Carrot, Julienne                                    –          1 large

Red Onion, Julienne                            –          1 large

Garlic, Minced.                                     –           3 cloves

Ginger, Minced                                    –           1 tsp

Vegetable Oil                                        –           2 tsp

Scallions, Chopped                              –          1/2 cup

Rice Noodles, Cooked                         –           1 lb

Kosher Salt                                            –          2 tsp

Peanuts, Chopped                                –          2 tbsp

Water                                                      –          1 cup

Steps

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Add garlic, ginger and red onion, and sautè until light brown.
  2. Add broccoli, mushroom, baby corn and carrot. Continue to sautè until vegetables are tender. Add salt and stir well.
  3. Add My Sauce Lab Schezwan sauce and mix until all vegetables are coated with the sauce.
  4. Add the noodles in the skillet and mix well with the veggies.
  5. Garnish the noodles with scallions and chopped peanuts.
