Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil – 3 tbsp
My Sauce Lab Green Goodness – 1 cup
1. In a small cooking pot, add rice, water, My Sauce Lab Green Goodness sauce, salt and the vegetable oil.
2. Boil on high heat until most of the water evaporates. When the water just skims the top of the rice, reduce the flame to low heat and cover the pot for about 15 minutes.
3. Shut off the flame and keep covered for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Remove the cover and mix the rice gently.
5. Simply, dig in!
