Ingredients

Large Eggs – 6
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Dijon Mustard – 1 tsp
My Sauce Lab El Fuego – 1.5 tbsp
Smoked Paprika – for garnish
Salt – to taste
Chives, Chopped – for garnish

Directions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, about 10 minutes, then cool, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop the yolks into a bowl and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, El Fuego, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Dust with smoked paprika and top with chopped chives before serving.
