Ingredients
Large Eggs – 6
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Dijon Mustard – 1 tsp
My Sauce Lab El Fuego – 1.5 tbsp
Smoked Paprika – for garnish
Salt – to taste
Chives, Chopped – for garnish
Directions
- Hard boil the eggs, about 10 minutes, then cool, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
- Scoop the yolks into a bowl and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, El Fuego, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Dust with smoked paprika and top with chopped chives before serving.
