El Fuego Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
Skirt Steak – 1.5 lbs
Bell Peppers, Sliced – 2
Onion, Sliced – 1 large
Garlic, Minced – 3 cloves
Lime Juice – 2 tbsp
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
My Sauce Lab El Fuego – 3 tbsp
Flour Tortillas – 8
Salt – to taste
Directions
- Marinate the steak in olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and 2 tbsp El Fuego for at least 20 minutes.
- Sear the steak in a hot skillet or grill, 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest, then slice thin against the grain.
- In the same pan, sauté the peppers and onions until charred and softened, about 6-8 minutes.
- Toss the sliced steak back in with the peppers and onions, add the remaining El Fuego, and stir to coat.
- Warm the tortillas and serve the steak and vegetables with your favorite toppings.
