Green Goodness Fish Tacos

Ingredients

White Fish Fillets (Cod or Tilapia) – 1 lb
Cabbage, Shredded – 2 cups
Corn Tortillas – 8
Sour Cream – 1/4 cup
My Sauce Lab Green Goodness – 4 tbsp
Lime, Juiced – 1
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste

Directions

  1. Season the fish with salt and pan-sear in olive oil, about 3-4 minutes per side, until flaky. Break into large pieces.
  2. Whisk together sour cream, half the lime juice, and 2 tbsp Green Goodness for the crema.
  3. Toss the shredded cabbage with the remaining lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  4. Warm the tortillas, then layer with fish, cabbage slaw, and crema.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of the remaining Green Goodness sauce.
