Green Goodness Avocado Toast

Ingredients

Sourdough Bread – 2 slices
Avocado, Ripe – 1
Cherry Tomatoes, Halved – 1/2 cup
My Sauce Lab Green Goodness – 2 tbsp
Lime Juice – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Everything Bagel Seasoning – for garnish

Directions

1. Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crisp.
2. Mash the avocado with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
3. Spread the mashed avocado over the toast and top with cherry tomatoes.
4. Drizzle generously with Green Goodness sauce and finish with everything bagel seasoning.
