Ingredients

Cauliflower, Cut Into Florets – 1 medium head
Flour – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
My Sauce Lab Pandemonium – 4 tbsp
Butter, Melted – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt into a batter. Dip each cauliflower floret and place on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. Toss the baked florets in a mix of Pandemonium sauce and melted butter.
  5. Return to the oven for 5 minutes to set the glaze, then serve warm.
