Schezwan Potstickers with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- Frozen or Fresh Potstickers – 24
- Vegetable Oil – 2 tbsp
- Water – 1/2 cup
- My Sauce Lab Schezwan – 3 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
- Honey – 1 tsp
- Green Onion, Thinly Sliced – 1 stalk
- Sesame Seeds – for garnish
Directions
- Whisk together the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey to make the dipping sauce. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Arrange the potstickers flat-side down and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until deeply golden on the bottom.
- Add the water and immediately cover. Steam for 6-7 minutes until the water evaporates and the wrappers are translucent.
- Uncover and cook 1-2 more minutes to re-crisp the bottoms.
- Stir the green onion into the dipping sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve alongside the hot potstickers.
