English Cucumber, Diced                   –         ½  cup

Avocado, Diced                                     –          2 medium

Tomato, Diced                                      –          ½ cup

Extra Virgin Olive Oil                          –         2 tsp

Red Onion, Diced                                 –         ½  cup

Kosher Salt                                             –         1 tsp

Cilantro, Chopped                                 –         ½  bunch

Steps

Directions

  1. Mix cucumber, avocados, tomatoes and salt into a large salad bowl.
