Ingredients

Chicken, Cooked and Cubed              –          1 lb

Baby Spinach                                        –          2 cups

Romaine, Chopped                              –          4 cups

Cherry Tomatoes                                  –          ½ cup

Cucumber, Diced                                  –          ½ cup

Mango, Diced                                        –           1 cup

Onions, Diced                                        –          ½ cup

My Sauce Lab Lucifer                          –           As much as you like

Steps

Directions

  1. Mix romaine and baby spinach in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken, diced mango, cherry tomato, cucumber, red onions and kosher salt.
