Ingredients

Chicken Thighs, Boneless – 2 lbs
My Sauce Lab Imlee – 6 tbsp
Chicken Broth – 1/2 cup
Onion, Sliced – 1/2
Slider Buns – 12
Coleslaw – for topping
Salt – to taste

Directions

  1. Place the chicken, onion, chicken broth, and 4 tbsp Imlee sauce in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken shreds easily with a fork.
  3. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir in the remaining Imlee sauce.
  4. Pile the pulled chicken onto slider buns and top with coleslaw.
