Ingredients

Chicken Thighs, Cubed – 1.5 lbs
My Sauce Lab Imlee – 5 tbsp
Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Garlic, Minced – 2 cloves
Ginger, Minced – 1 tsp
Skewers – 8
Salt – to taste

Directions

  1. Combine the chicken with 3 tbsp Imlee, yogurt, garlic, ginger, and salt. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  2. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until charred and cooked through.
  4. Brush with the remaining Imlee sauce right before serving.
