Remove and reserve. Heat the remaining oil in the same wok and saute the ginger, garlic and scallions until light brown. Add the mix veggies and saute till the veggies are cooked. Add the My Sauce Lab Schezwan chutney, cooked rice and the scrambled egg to the wok. Stir fry till all the ingredients are hot. Serve with My Sauce Lab Schezwan chutney on the side for the added kick!
