Pandemonium

Fried Calamari

Serves:

3-4

Ingredients

Calamari                                               –           1 lbs

Kosher Salt                                           –          1 tsp

Lemon Juice                                         –          1 tbsp

White Pepper Powder                         –          1 tsp

Parsley, Chopped                                 –          1/4 bunch

All-Purpose Flour                                –           1 ½  cup

Buttermilk                                             –          1 cup

Vegetable Oil                                        –           3.5 cups

My Sauce Lab Pandemonium           –           As Much as you like

Directions

  1. Rinse and clean the Calamari and soak in buttermilk.
  2. Using a whisk, mix the flour with salt, white pepper until completely combined.
  3. Remove each piece of squid from the buttermilk and dredge in the flour.
  4. Deep fry the calamari in oil (375 degrees) till golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve with My Sauce Lab Pandemonium sauce.
